Our properties are located at Playa Negra in Puerto Viejo, a quiet black sand beach away from the bustle of town. The beach and the jungle are just a few steps away. Also nearby most of the properties is Hotel Banana Azul where you will find amenities such as a full restaurant, bar, tour and activities desk and bike and boogie board rentals.
Downtown Puerto Viejo is a 20-minute walk on the beach or a short taxi ride. There you can stroll thru souvenir shops, find fun classes, learn how to surf or just take it easy with some yoga stretches. You will also find delicious typical cuisine at neighboring soda's or enjoy some caribbean fine dining and people watching at one of the many intenational restaurants. There are plenty of activities and tours to fill your days. Please ask us and we would be happy to recommend some local sweet spots.

Blessed Houses offer affordable accomodation for singles, couples and groups. There are 5 houses, each with 1 to 3 bedrooms, set up resort style with pool, BBQ and observation deck. The property is located 1 km before Puerto Viejo.
